ESM CARELITE

Scheduled every 350 hours or 2 months for electric trucks, and every 250 hours or 6 weeks for ICE trucks.

  • Checking hydraulic lines for wear and leakage.
  • Engine oil and filter change.
  • Includes system lubrications and general inspection.
  • Inspection of electric truck motor brushes.
  • Inspection of wheels and tires for damage.

ESM CAREPRO

Scheduled every 1,000 hours or 6 months for all truck types.

  • Includes all tasks from the ESM CareLite maintenance program.
  • Full tune-up performed.
  • Cleaning and repacking of wheel bearings.
  • Inspection of brake system.
  • Replacement of antifreeze coolant, transmission fluid, hydraulic oil, as well as filters for both transmission and hydraulic systems.
  • Replacement of final fuel filter.
  • Servicing of drive axle, steer axle, and brakes.

ESM Caremax

Performed every 2000 hours or 1 year for all truck types.

  • All ESM CareLite and ESM CarePro services.
  • All Planned Maintenance Inspections.
  • All supplies and materials required for Planned Maintenance.
  • All follow-up repairs identified during Planned Maintenance.
  • All travel and labor required for breakdown repairs.
  • All parts and supplies required for breakdown repairs.
  • Even wearable items are covered!
  • Free loaner truck if a truck is down more than 48 working hours.
  • Antifreeze coolant changed.
  • Brake system inspected.
  • Clean and repack wheel bearings.
  • Hydraulic oil and filter changed.
  • Transmission fluid and filter changed.
  • Servicing of drive axel, steer axel, and brakes.
