What is covered? What is not covered? Why should you enroll?

What is covered under the program?

  • Scheduled inspections every 2000 hours or 1 year for all truck types.
  • Tasks such as checking hydraulic lines for wear and leakage, engine oil and filter change, system lubrications, general inspection, inspection of electric truck motor brushes, and inspection of wheels and tires for damage.
  • Full tune-up, cleaning and repacking of wheel bearings, inspection of the brake system, replacement of antifreeze coolant, transmission fluid, hydraulic oil, filters for transmission and hydraulic systems, and replacement of final fuel filter.
  • Benefits such as all Planned Maintenance Inspections, supplies and materials required for Planned Maintenance, follow-up repairs identified during Planned Maintenance, travel and labor for breakdown repairs, parts and supplies for breakdown repairs, coverage for wearable items, and a free loaner truck if downtime exceeds 48 working hours.
  • Additional tasks such as antifreeze coolant change, brake system inspection, cleaning and repacking of wheel bearings, hydraulic oil and filter change, transmission fluid and filter change, and servicing of drive axel, steer axel, and brakes.

What is not covered under the program?

  • Major repairs or replacements such as wheels, tires, light bulbs, strobe lights, travel alarms, repairs due to abuse or misuse, repairs requested outside normal business hours, and maintenance and repairs to the battery/charger on electric models.
